Dear participants!
We want to inform You, that there is a change of place for Latvian Winter Ferret Show 2011.
The show will be held in Kipsala International Exhibition Centre, in Conference room No.1, close by the centre of Riga. Adress: Kipsalas iela 8, Riga, LV 1048, Latvia

There is a convenient parking for personal vehicles.
Important! For those who will live in Central Hostel and are without personal vehicles, please notice us as soon as possible and tell us the number of people and approx. „baggage” size. We will arrange a transport from hostel to the show and back.
Please, also read the basic rules of the show:
Don’t disturb the judges.
Don’t disturb other participants and pay attention to the noise level.
Each participant is responsible for seeing he/she has arrived and checked in by the time judging starts. Late ferrets will not be judged.
Each participant is responsible for the cleanliness of the area he/she is using as well as public access areas. Playpens must be placed on dirt and waterproof floor covers.
Taking ferrets for a walk inside the show premises is forbidden.
Smoking inside the show premises is absolutely forbidden.
Don’t let your ferret to contact with unfamiliar ferrets, don’t place your ferret in other ferret’s cage, even if the cage is not occupied. Do not let your ferret sniff other ferrets’ urine and excrements, since even a healthy-looking ferret can be a disease-carrier, or the disease can be in incubation period. Some ferrets can be aggressive towards other ferrets, they can fight and injure each other.
Don’t touch any ferret without the permision of the owner. If you take an unfamiliar ferret in your hands, do not press it to your clothes. Before taking your own or any other ferret, disinfect your hands.
It’s advised not to let unfamiliar people touch your ferret.
Make sure that your ferret’s cage is properly closed and is not placed too close to other cages.
Do not leave your ferret in a cage unattended. If you need to leave, ask somebody to look after your ferret and provide him/her with the info about ferret (name and registration number).
